Every time we go to the CWS in Omaha we stay in Bellevue and the Amarillo is our traditional first meal there! My husband and son are rib eaters and they theirs are some of the best--meaty, smoky and with the sauce only on the side. I get the brisket and it is lean, tender, and smoky with the sauce....
