Bacina Travel Guide

Bacina is a delicious village with sixteen hamlets and a population of 200 in the vicinity of the Ploce harbor on the Adriatic freeway. Lakes by the same name are situated near the village. This natural offering actually has 7 lakes here of considerable appeal for tourists. If you desire to take it slow and enoy the nature with your friends for picnic, then this might just be the place for you. The lakes are rich with freshwater fish.

The road from the freeway to the lake is asphalt so you should have no problem getting access to this area. The water from the lake flows into the sea through a tunnel and a channel. The One of the hamlets has a gothic church with incorporated Bogumil tomb-stones. A large camp with all the supporting facilities is located in the Pijavica area and many campers will stick around overnight.
