The experience was unfortunately disappointing. My husband and I were planning a family trip and were referred to this agency with the highest praise. Instead we were told �I cannot assist you� and �I will not be able to assist you with what you are looking for� �You are not listening to me, I have been doing this for years and years and what you are saying does not make any sense.� This is not an experience that any person looking to book an unforgettable trip would want to remember. I recommend looking elsewhere. I was left offended and very upset and have since found several agencies who were more than willing to make our dreams a reality.
