Far far from Grand - user review We had a tiny room, where you had to move the bedside table to open the closet door.The cabinet enclosing the minibar was off its hinges. There was no one to help us with our bags when we arrived and with some services the hotel offered, such as internet access, the staff was clueless. Not sure what... fodors.com
Grand Hotel Indeed?? - user review We had the exact opposite experience as tyhe 7/4 rater: tiny room where you had to move the bedside table to open the closet. And they really ought to be able to afford to replace the old style hairdryers that only blew very hot and too hard. Coffee at breakfast tasted like instant Nescafe. Overall,... fodors.com
comme si comme ?a - user review We stayed at this hotel multiple times during the summer of 2005, while studing in Lyon. It had a/c that worked! Though not the Ritz it is certainly not a horrible hotel. The staff was always helpful, the breakfast acceptable, and the rooms and service clean and good.
