About Me: I was born in New York two days before christmas making that time of the year quite special for me. I am also a dual citizen with the UK since my father was born there. I love to travel and eat exotic foods. This love for life landed me at the Cornell Hotel School where I studied restaurant operations. I then continued on to be a restaurant manager for W Hotels and now I am launching my own business. I consider myself to be outgoing and caring. I love the outdoors and doing cultural things like theater and the arts.
Most Memorable Travel Experience: Tracking a pack of lionesses through the plains of the Serengetti as they go in for the kill of a Zebra right before my very eyes.
