EAST WIND LOBSTER - No frills, lots of fresh fish I had the scallops broiled and traded the french fries for rice pilaf. The scallops were fresh and plain, their flat tops indicating there was no added water plumping them up. The portion was generous — about 10, with some so big they looked like two.
