I am a clean freak and this is by far the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at. There was not a comforter on the bed which was very sanitary. Instead they used a top sheet and runner at the foot of the bed. Excellent staff that gave directions into Chicago several times. Good selection at breakfast....
