Try another 5 star - user review My first stay here was good, and the second stay became ok. Hyatt was not able to bring on the 5 star magic to encourage repeat stays. Room is smallish and the atmosphere & service fairly typical of a blah 5 star. And yes, the 2000 baht airport hotel transfer is daylight robbery by bangkok standards... fodors.com
