The staff was extremely rude to me! The desk clerk argued with me over a shuttle pick up time. The shuttle time was POSTED at the front desk. I waited outside in freezing weather for over an hour and ended up paying for a cab to get back to the hotel. The desk clerk was unapologetic and RUDE RUDE!!!...
