Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites (Okeechobee, FL) - Hotel Reviews - TripAdvisor We were told hotel is about 1 1/2 years old. Looked even newer. Very pristine lobby and hallways. LOVED the new HIE bed system -- wonderful linens and great mattress. Towels were 'thick and thirsty'. Breakfast was several notches above average for free continental breakfasts.
