Not happy - user review When we returned from San Francisco, we came back to an uncleaned room. We had to request clean towels and just put up with the unmade beds. There was an alarm clock going off in the room next door at 10:30pm and it took two seperate phone calls 20 minutes apart to get it turned off. No one occupied... expedia.com
