Four stars? I dont think so - user review I was surprised at how shabby this place was. The Hyatt chain is either going downhill, or this was just an exceptional example of mediocrity. They did not even change out soiled sheets on the beds. Jets flying overhead sound like they're in your room. Staff has no power to actually do anything, but... expedia.com
