| I was here in 2005 and the 04/05 Champions League final in Istanbul was an amazing match. I worried that it could be boring... as many tournament finals can go down that road. I remember the 02/03 final between AC Milan and Juventus which was just about the most boring final I had ever seen. Istanbul is also great. Great things to see such as the Hagia Sophia. It only made sense to take a look at it while I was there. Also saw the Galata Tower. The view of the bridges over the Bosphorus is spectacular. |

| I really want to go to Istanbul to watch Galatasaray play against Fenerbahce. It's one of the fiercest derbies in Europe and cops go around with a truck to disarm hooligans. Within a good few minutes there's a mountain of knives stacked up on the bed of the truck. Red cards and yellow cards come standard in buckets. |

| Actually I would think that Galatasaray vs Fenerbahce would be a little dangerous. Any other time, Istanbul is just fine but that derby is really something else. I think it's great but I'd rather just watch it from a computer or TV screen. |
