I am in love with noodles. Especially Korean noodles. Cold buckwheat noodles. If they were in season all year long. That would be wonderful. Unfortunately, during off season, I have to settle for the "instant" version. XP yeck.

I haven't been able to travel much in my life except Korea and Thailand. Besides the weather, I love both places.

Spending weeks @ Phuket/Khao Lak Thailand trying to revitalize the local community from the Tsunami.I've never been so compelled to love on strangers and crushed by a tragedy. We worked hard for the neighbors, building, ministering and just loving on them.
