If you are from the U.S. bump up your budget and stay somewhere else. The hotel is on a very very noisey street and the good rooms are on the 4th floor and, you guessed it, no elevator. The stairway is very narrow and curves, making it difficult to get your luggage up. There is no soap in the bathro...
