Lisane Ostrovacke Travel Guide

Lisane Ostrovacke is a municipality with a population of 900 in the vicinity of the road leading from Benkovac to Bribir. The fortified town of Osrovica used to stand here. It was mentioned in the year 1198 as an estate of the Bribir dukes of the Subic and Nepalic line. There is also the old citadel of Nisljen here. The parish church of St. Mihovil was built in 1663. Since its destruction in 1992 it is slowly recovering.
