bad service, bad room - user review My sister and I stayed at this hotel while on a trip to New Orleans. We visit New Orleans fairly often and have NEVER encountered a more rude staff at any hotel. Worst Hotel I have ever been to - user review This hotel is unbeleivable! We were kept up all night by screaming guests in the halls. When we tried to call the front desk, we found that the room didn't have a phone. In the morning, we asked the hotel clerk to move us and she told us that the screaming came from an "employees daughters"... neworleans.citysearch.com

Any port in a storm - user review If you need a place to crash because of airline issues, you could do worse. Will stay here again! - user review My boyfriend and I went to Bourbon just for the weekend as a getaway and our stay at the St. Anne was more than we expected for the price. Um, not the greatest! - user review Negative: The heat did not work. The elevator got stuck and no one attempted to fix it or even acted like they cared. The place needs lots of maintenance. French quarter bargain (locals point of view) - user review Overall, my evaluation of Marie Antoinette would be; satisfactory. Front desk was friendly and courteous. Great Location But Thats About It! - user review Pros: Location, Location, Location. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. This hotel is close to shops, great restaurants, Bourbon St., House of Blues and more. Cons: The hotel is a bit run down, the halls/elevator smell horrible and if you aren't an early riser, don't expect your room to... expedia.com
It was ok for the money - user review The hotel was very convenient for us college students due to it's location only half a block from Bourbon Street. The hotel could use a makeover. It's very old and the maid service is not that great. The manager/consierge was friendly but not very helpful. He also flirted with us and hung out with u... expedia.com
Great location, everything else a little suspect - user review The location is great...1 block from Burbon Streetwith a great bar next door. The rooms were not very clean but comfortable. We asked for chairs for our balcony, which we did not get. The pool area was very nice, but the pool was not clean. The hotel gave us coupons for free breakfast for our stay..... expedia.com
Great place to stay if youre going to party on Bourbon - user review The only thing about this hotel that upset me was having to put down a deposit when we checked in. We had already paid in full, so I didn't quite get the whole deposit thing. Our room was clean and roomy. (it was a double, the only thing available at the time.) Our friends room, on the other hand, w... expedia.com
Dont waste your money - user review The only thing this hotel had going for it was the location. The hotel was old and worn down, the elevator smelled like last nights dinner. The heated pool was not working, in the room there was a menu for room service, when we called to try to order room service they said they didn't have it. We ha... expedia.com

Not my favorite - user review The valet parking service was poor. The complimentary continental breakfast at their nearby sister hotel was very nice, but for our two night stay, we received the first day's complimentary coupons a day late. (The hotel restaurant was closed for the week; owner/manager on vacation.) Nice courtyard.... expedia.com
Not impressed, but great location and relatively inexpensive - user review There was a lot of confusion at first I'd specifically requested a room with double beds and they send me up to a room with a single Queen. The room with the Queen was beautiful, though. Great light, large, it even had a balcony. I head back to the lobby where I have to wait in line for 15 minutes b... expedia.com
Towels would be nice - user review There wasn't really any organization for the whole parking situation, and the garage ended up being a few blocks away. Then there wasn't really anyone working at the desk for 15 minutes or so. When I got to the room they only had washcloths hanging up as towels, so I went down at 4pm and asked for t... expedia.com
Great convenience to Bourbon and French Quarters - user review This hotel is older (as to be expected in the French Quarter). It's pretty good if you don't walk in expecting a five star hotel with all of the amenities. It was clean enough and nicely decorated in old New Orleans charm. The courtyard is nice too. This hotel is perfect for those looking to be clos... expedia.com

Great location. Somewhat run down atmosphere - user review We stayed here for Spring Break. This hotel gets a '5' for location, but otherwise, about '2 stars out of 5 not so good. It's not kept particulary clean. The cleaning & maintanence staff don't seem to be motivated at all. Carpet in elevator is very old, worn, and appears to be dirty. This hotel seri... expedia.com
nice and quaint - user review We've stayed at this hotel before and returned because we really enjoyed relaxing on our balcony over the beautiful inner courtyard.
