On the Border Mexican Grill & Cantina - Plano, TX I figured I'd go ahead and post a review about the Plano OTB because we go there on a semi regular basis and I don't think they've ever irritated me. This is probably the best OTB in my opinion, with the Garland location a close second. The food is pretty consistently good, the margarita... yelp.com
