i love to go to el indio and get either a chicken enchilada combo plate, or a chicken fajita (no onions or peppers, with mushrooms instead). these are absolutely amazing. as are the chips and salsa - best ever!

when we went (6ish on friday) the place was absolutely empty. i guess you just need to show up outside of happy hour to have plenty of space. nowhere else have i had a passable pisco sour in this town
