Shoney's Restaurant, Athens, AL : Reviews and maps - Yahoo! Local The breakfast here rocks! Try the fried chicken..I don't know what they fry their chicken in (peanut oil maybe?) Whatever it is it's the best tasting, crispiest chicken ever. Not to get all carried away but their biscuits and gravy,grits, bacon, pancakes, HAM! , even eggs are amazingly good..omg bas... local.yahoo.com
