Sveti Rok Travel Guide

Sveti Rok is a village of 650 inhabitants in the Lika field on the Gracac to Gospic road. Another road connects it to Udbina and Obrovac. It is the birthplace of the Croatian writer M. Budak (1889-1945). The village has an old castle and a church built in 1763.

The tunnel from Sveti Rok to Maslenica which will be built on the future Zagreb-Zadar highway will make the journey from Zagreb to the sea 39 km shorter. Sveti Rok will thus have an important geopolitical position.
