i consider lamberts one of the best of taos! my husband & i visit taos and santa fe every may and september, when they are not so crowded like in the months of june, july, and august! the food here is amazing!

i dont really like red meat (other than tuna), but the people at the next table were oohing and aahing about their filet. i gave it a try. i have never had such a good tasting piece of beef
