| This city is very much laden with symbols. Drove up here from my home in Norfolk and had a look around. I agree, the museums are spectacular and it's great to see a place you see so often in movies and TV shows. In particular I liked the natural history museum at the Smithsonian and the Spy Museum is pretty good as well. |

| I came here last month to watch David Beckham play for LA Galaxy against DC United. Unfortunately LA Galaxy lost but Beckham had a great free kick that very well could have been a goal. It was a real shame because I felt head to head LA Galaxy now has a better team. Either way so here's the other thing, you can go to RFK stadium and actually get some great games of soccer in Washington DC. |

| I've been to Washington DC once and I don't quite think I've ever seen so many museums in one place. It was great visiting this place because you always see it in movies and you wonder what it must look like in real life. Truth is, it really felt like walking into some kind of large movie set. The Smithsonian musuems were my favorite part. Wasn't able to tour the White House but a view from outside was just fine. Also paid a visit to Arlington Cemetary, where America's heroes lay to rest. |
