Not Impressed - user review Check in took 20 minutes, really 20 minutes.... Not a tired traveler exagerating after a long ride. Ironic that when we arrived at 1:00, too early to check in, they had 3 people at the front desk. At 3:00, check in time, they had 1 person at the front desk, trying to do everything.
