Eshowe is a quaint African town. It's a wonderful experience to stay here. Accommodations at the Zulu Backpackers are meager at best (you pretty much get cement room with a cot. If you're lucky, you'll get a nicer room with a bed.) Staying here for a night or two is cool, but I don't recommend anyth...

The place is a great stay in Zululand. It has comfortable rooms, excellent staff and superb food. It also has its own brewery on site. Plenty of opportunity to meet locals as well. One word of caution, though. We went to a Zulu ceremony as they go to every one. No mention that it would cost 590 Rand...
